Subject: 420D M sport Gran Coupe

Looking for some advice really.

I am interested in buying the car in the title, its a 2015 plate but it has 113k miles on it. I've never purchased a car with over 50k on so this is way out of my knowledge area.

Has full service history and MOTs have been immaculate, 2 advisories, 1 for a worn tyre and 1 for front brake pads and discs which are being done this week.

Is it a big risk buying these wirh over 100k on? Please help.

Subject: How to get my MA dealer to honor SULEV warranty?

Hey!

I have a 2007 328xi N51 and after some heavy diagnosing I’m having injector, and possibly fuel pump, issues. The problem is my dealer claims such a clause doesn’t exist, despite it very clearly being in writing in their warranties. Should I march down there w/ some hard paper, or perhaps call another dealer and bring the car further, hoping for a smoother experience? I’m young, and don’t have enough experience (or confidence in the existence of this warranty) to give them the iron fist.
