Subject: iDrive won't reset on X2 2019

Hi all, I can't seem to hear anything when making a call through Bluetooth.

I've tried to reset idrive but holding down the volume button isn't doing anything. Also tried holding the eject button whilst doing this and also no luck.

Does anyone else have any other ideas before taking it back to the dealer?
