Watching an episode of the peoples court and the plaintiff is suing the defendant for supposedly false advertising the mileage of the BMW
Anyways the plaintiff said his payments were $300/month for a 2008 BMW with 200k miles.
They never said the specific model but WTF lmao

Subject: Would any of you consider buying a new M235i gran coupe if the price was $43k?
I know this is a sham BMW and it doesn't drive like a BMW etc. etc. I have poured over all the reviews and videos. I also see that people keep saying it's not worth the price of 50k'ish. I have a chance to get it for $43k including taxes etc. I can't list all the options off hand, but it's definitely not barebones.
With the used market so crazy I kind of want to take advantage and sell my current car. And If I can get into this new BMW for well under MSRP, then I figure I win both ways.
And I'm not in a position to buy a new M340i, and I can't have a small coupe for practicality reasons.
EDIT: Here is the included options - Additional to the Standard Equipment this offer includes Special Equipment and Packages: + Metallic Color + 18" M Y-Spoke forged Wheels + M Sport Seats + Leather Upholstery + Panoramic Moonroof + Premium Package + Heated Front Seats + Heated Steering Wheel + Head-Up Display + Live Cockpit Pro (incl. Navi) + Shadowline Package + Mirror Caps in Black + Extended Shadowline Trim + M Performance Package + Remote engine Start Included Equipment: M Sport Brakes with Blue Calipers, 8-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission, M Sport Steering, M Sport Suspension, M Steering Wheel, Rear Spoiler, Rear View Camera, Park Distance Control, LED Headlights, Lane Departure Warning, etc.

Hey r/BMW! Never thought I'd see the day:( I drive a 2008 328i, with approximately 120k miles. I had a casual day of driving with no apparant issues, however for the past 1-2 months I've had the yellow "service engine soon" light on my dash, and it pops up off and on. Today while I was heading home (stopped at a stop sign), the coolant light popped up on my dash. Within 2-3 seconds of me seeing the light, smoke (coolant vapor) started billowing from my engine bay. I pulled over immediately and stopped the vehicle to check out what was going on, and there was coolant all over the engine. Being 2 minutes from home, I restarted the vehicle and made it back okay, with more smoke coming from the engine and luckily no signs on the dash of anything overheating. Anybody know the potential cause of such a sudden and abrupt issue? I ran my BT OBD2 reader and the only important codes thrown were; 2EF5 A559 CF17 2F71 93D0 9408 Thank you for any help. I'll be taking her to a mechanic this week to diagnose any issues and will update with what the shop finds. I have linked a video from right after I turned the vehicle off while it was billowing smoke here .

Subject: How much do these rims go for? I have a set of 4 that I would say are in 6-7/10 condition. They need new BMW logos on each of them and there’s minor curb rash
