Subject: Trading in my mk7.5 Golf R for a 2018 m140i shadow edition on Friday. What are some essential mods I should do?
Car has 37k miles and full service history and 12 months MOT. Think I’m getting a good deal on it. I’m wanting to get a few mods done, just stuff like a stage 1 map etc until I get used to that much power being in the rear wheels. Any other suggestions for what to do to it? Cosmetic or performance suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Subject: 2011 BMW 528i missing hose, vacuum maybe, but where does it connect to?
I currently drive a 2021 Audi RS5, but looking to get something a little bigger and always been a fan of the M5. Ive been looking around and I think I'm settled on a slightly used M5 Competition, I see a lot of 2020 and a few 2021 ... what I was wanting to get feedback on is there a big difference in 2020 vs 2021 models? There's a 2020 close by that I could probably get in, but might have to wait a little for a 2021 to come around, wondering if its worth the wait. Thanks

Hi y'all.
I'm currently looking into getting a car (my second car ever) and was wondering a few things about the BMW marketplace. It's just me myself and I driving the car so I don't mind a smaller car but I started my search with 3 series since I figured it would probably be best to entry level. I've really only driven either sedans or pickups.
For money-wise stuff I was looking into about spending $35k, and there's a few BMWs in my area that are 2018 3 series with various models between 320i to 330i with xDrive that are all in this price range. A dealer near me has a few 320i xDrive for right about $30k (less than 30,000 miles) which seems a little low in my eyes for a luxury car. I haven't gotten out to seeing it since I work about 10 hours a day, but in all honesty I don't know what the pricing bracket on these are.
I live in upstate NY so I know I'm reasonably only going to consider cars with xDrive, and was just wondering what kind of things I should look out for on the car, and what kinds of models/mileage points I should steer away from. From the most part I've been only looking at cars that are >35k miles but I've managed to get my current car to 200k miles so I'm not really trying to get a car that will die on me in 5 years.
Thanks!

Subject: On average, what's the total monthly cost of a lease for a 2022 bmw 330i?
Hey all, looking to get my own vehicle(to lease) hopefully in the next couple of months, and wanted to get a feel of the market.
I'm thinking of having 10k-12k miles max/year for let's say 36 months as I don't need to commute and don't drive a crazy amount.
Thinking of putting little to no down payment, but can put if needed
Is aiming for 500-600 a month with everything max in this market unrealistic? I'm a noob to the car market so any help would be appreciated
Was specifically looking at the xdrive model

So back in December 2021, I ordered the mppsk for my 540, I was told it was a full cat back exhaust system by the dealership, and came with the tune for it and that was that. It cost me $3600 with a 15% discount that they gave me. Well today was my installation day and I went there expecting it to take 2-3 hours, and when I got there they whipped out a torque converter and told me in order to do everything, they would have to install it. That would have been an extra $2300 in labor is what they quoted me. Then to top it all off when I looked at the exhaust it was a muffler and tips. So after some back and forth I decided not to get it really because it’s not what I was told it was, and I was certainly not informed of a torque converter that had to be installed for the tune. I ended up just returning everything, and they were courteous about that so at this point I’m just a little worn from all the waiting and anticipation of that ending in a failure. I brought my car afterwards to an exhaust shop, who has done good work on my old car, but they told me that they didn’t have the equipment to fabricate for my car cause it has the larger oval style pipes. I’m just looking for suggestions at this point for some brands that have solid cat back systems for the car.
