Subject: My piece of crap M4. 3rd day of owning it the car wouldn’t start and there was a warning on the display saying massive failure, do not drive car. Dealership says they don’t know when they’ll be able to repair it as the parts aren’t even available. Why the heck did they shipping these cars out then?
Subject: Do Brake Pad Sensors HAVE to be Replaced Along with Brake Pads?
Starting to heavily lean towards replacing the brake pads myself now that I've got my parts ordered, and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg to have somebody else do it. That being said, do the brake pad sensors HAVE to be replaced at the same time as the brake pads? Or can the old ones suffice? Doing the job on a 2009 328i.

Subject: Replacing swivel bearing for alignment?
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes. I have a 2020 M340i with about 20k miles on it. I took it to NTB to get all 4 tires replaced as well as a 4 wheel alignment. Don't judge me for taking it to NTB, my dealer wanted $1700 for tires + $200 for alignment. NTB did it for $800+$100, plus they were the only place around me to actually have the proper tires available for order. They did a good job, except that they weren't able to adjust the front right camber. They said that the camber was still not within spec after adjusting the toe. To adjust the camber, the swivel bearing needed to be replaced. My dealer won't quote me anything for the job and wouldn't even tell me if it was covered by warranty. Anyone have any experience with this or know the possible cost? I've never heard of a bearing needing to be replaced to complete an alignment before. Thanks in advance.
