The family and I were driving in the center lane of the highway and a very nice m5 going a bit faster than us caught up, slowed down to match our speed, revved the car up, then continued on the speed he was going. Their windows were tinted so I couldn't see any body language.
I am a new BMW owner. What does a fellow BMW rev mean to you? Does your answer change when in motion versus stopped at a light? You throwing it in sport immediately or are you sending a friendly wave?
Safe driving out there friends

Subject: Can we get a quick appreciation post for the more mundane Bimmers out there? This 07 328xi is my Uber car. She pulled off 1000 miles and 30 hours of city driving this weekend carrying over 150 passengers. All without missing a beat and passing over 190k miles.

Subject: Just bought my very first BMW! How can I take the best care of it?
Just drove my 2020 330i off the lot last night. She has 12k miles so far and still under warranty. I am completely new to BMW’s and not really a car person, all I know is maintenance can be an issue down the line with BMW’s and I’d like to take a proactive approach to prevent those big nasty repairs I hear some of the older model owners complain about.
