I have a couple of series where I can't find a particular season of the 1080p Bluray x264 release, but the 1080p bluray remux is available. Does anyone that have done encodes of the remuxes have any tips on the settings to encode the remux to something similar to scene quality x264?

If anyone is curious, one particular series this applies to is Red Dwarf, where the scene release of season 5 was botched, as well as one episode of season 4. No repacks/propers were released for them, but the remux versions are there for anyone that would like to do this type of encode. All other 11 seasons of 1080p bluray x264 are fine, which makes my OCD act up a little bit.
