Hello! So I'm fairly new to using VPN services. I put off getting one for several years, but this blackfriday (2021) PureVPN had a fantastic deal of 5 years for 70$ so I bite the hook.

I don't download P2P very often, just on the specific occasions or to down load pre-owned DVDs. Maybe some newer movies for my folks when they go on trips too.

Well I set everything up on my M1 MacBook Air, including the chrome brower support, and just picked a random newer movie to test the speeds out using a P2P server. A the highest point i got 22mbs! Iv never gotten speeds so fast! Usually maxing around 15.

Now, about 2 days later, I get a Copyright infringement notice. Wuut. I am newish to VPN torrenting, and didn't have the killswitch on. I also don't really know how to best do this.

My mother is not pleased, especially since I told her im using a VPN and its safe hah! Can some one explain to me what I need to do so this doesn't happen again, I really don't want to be the reason our ISP terminates our account, or worse.

I downloaded myself Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and wanted to play with some custom Zombies Maps , but the mods won´t show up in the zombies menu.

I renamed the mods the right way: zm_[name]. The mods are showing in the main menu "mods" screen and when I click them my game reloads and it says mod loader?

But I can´t find a way to play or see the maps / mods anywhere.

What am I doing wrong ?

Whenever I download from file factory it takes 6 hours for a gigabyte of data to download. When I try to do this with mega or soulseek it won’t take more than 30 minutes. Why is this? Could it be possible that it’s because I’m on my colleges internet and they are throttling file factory downloads? Thank you!!

Downloaded all 3 from multiple sources and neither the Keyboard or Controller movement is working at all. How come these haven't been nuked? I've read a few others with the same issue.

So I've started to realize that my drive to download and curate massive amounts of stuff is probably creating collections that I'll never even get to fully utilize. I have more than 7,000 tabletop RPG books of basically every single game that's even remotely popular, in complete collections. Does anyone else run into issues like this? Have any cam bootlegs if this movie been out in the wild? I plan to scrub/format/empty this disc, but I may not if this disc bootleg is rare, the audio is shitty, the Disney intro is skipped (it just goes to the text that says “Walt Disney Pictures presents” or something), the camera doesn’t bobble around but the audio sucks bollocks, but after the end, the camera person lowers their camera, fumbling is heard, and the first few seconds of the credits is heard but muffled (no applause though)

Am I the only one bothered by the time it takes for movies to be "released" after premiering? I'm not trying to complain or rush anyone, but if someone could explain to me why it takes so long I'd appreciate it.

For example: the Marvel movie Eternals. It premiered on November 5, It's December 4 and I can't find it anywhere online... I'm trying to download a few videos on YouTube that have color coded subtitles (color = character speaking); I am able to download basic SRTs down (and the videos), but don't know how to download the subtitles with coloring including.

Does anyone know how to DL from YT a more comprehensive subtitle so the color coding is preserved? Please and thank you in advance.

I'm trying to watch a movie and have encountered an odd error. When I try to watch it on my TV from the site, I have no sound (Sony Bravia smart TV). When I try to watch it on my macbook pro, no sound. When I try to watch it from my ipad I have sound. Black magic? Or inept user error?

• Spoofing as a Google Adbot

• Disabling all Cookies

But it doesn't work, this is the first time I've been locked out and it's a Norwegian news site of all things?
