Subject: Torguard or mullvad?
I don’t have a lot of money, and it came down to these two because both have good privacy and good speeds. Torguard is 70 dollars for three years, while mullvad would only give me a year. Also users of the two vpns, can you give me a insight in them if they are good? Thanks

Subject: Is it me or have the online emulators been acting weirdly lately?
I've only seen this issue on emulatoronline.xyz and retrogames.cc because those are the only ones that accept my Final Fantasy V and VI STATE files. But from what I've gathered, it seems like the music is playing faster than normal. I wish I could record a video of one of the OSTs on Youtube in order to demonstrate, but I can't because I don't have headphones with a microphone at the moment. But originally, the Final Fantasy V and VI OSTs on these emulators were the ones that you hear on Youtube but were slowed down to x0.75 speed. But now, they sound like the ones on Youtube. And I honestly don't know if it's the emulators who slowed down the playback speed of the OSTs, or if it was Youtube that sped up the playback speed of the OSTs due to copyright. And also, the gameplay has gotten super fast-paced too, which is highly abnormal because I've had the battle speed on 6 for both games. Also, oftentimes, the X button presses by itself, and it's no other button that does this. And yes, I have tried changing to various different keys for the X button, and it's still glitching up on both websites. I've been playing on emulatoronline.xyz for years now, and it's never acted like this before. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Subject: Live TV piracy cuz TV provider suck
Is there a way to pirate live TV, North American and South Asian to be more specific. TV providers in Canada are just assholes and the only one that rlly gives South asian channel is bell and their prices are just getting out of hand. There is a lot of decent internet provider tho if there could be a way to pirate live TV on the internet it would rlly help me out.

Subject: How to seed .zip with Deluge?
Hey, sorry if this is a repetitive question. I don't know much about computers or tech and I just want to give back to my community. I have a .zip file of the original 1.7.10 Orespawn mod which it seems a lot of people want but can't find, and I have a print version of an obscure now out-of-print book I plan to scan and upload as a pdf somewhere. I also have some music that's not easily available on Youtube or Spotify.
I don't know if seeding is the right way to go about this or not, but how do I put these files somewhere without having to keep them in a Google Drive, etc.?
