Hi guys apparently Chrome OS is going to be available on normal x86 machines. I read about it here. This is however in an initial phase. You need to sign up on Chrome Enterprise to check it out. Any chance i can hypothetically obtain it? I wanna try it in a VM

Subject: Steam Mobile Authenticator - Same Number on Accounts from different countries
Hello there fellow sailers...
As the title suggests I was wondering if it was possible to use the same phone number for the Steam Mobile Authenticator on more than one account that are also from different countries.
Because as you might know, different countries have different prices... and you can further exploit this via the community market method where you trade stuff to accounts of those countries and sell it there reaping in even profit if done properly.
However Steam makes it difficult to use the market if you dont have the steam mobile authenticator for that account as you might know.
So now I was wondering... Has anybody else faced the same Problem ? If so how did you solve it ? Did you just use the same number, from your own country, on these different accounts ?
Regards

Hello,
i want to create a webrip from a show that i cant find online to download it. Its on a big streaming service, so i cant download it and need to create a record of my screen, i thought of obs.
Now my problem is which settings i should choose to get the best lostless quality out of obs? of course for the audio too. After recording i would convert it into a good h265 format, but for that i want to make sure it has the best quality possible for such a screenrecording.
Can anyone help me here with the obs settings or would you suggest to use a different software than obs? I´m not very familiar with codecs, bitrates and all this stuff, so i would be really thankful for your help!

Planning to build a new pc soon with an alder lake cpu. I read that alder lake cpu's do not play well with drm. What does that mean with cracked games? Does that mean I'm not going to be able to play cracked games with this CPU?

I’ve tried downloading a few APKs for Minecraft PE and checkra.in but all I have is the files in downloads (iOS) and don’t know how to actually make it useable. Can someone tell me how to make it into the actual app? (Arrgh!)

I'm trying to watch a not-so-popular anime (Desert Punk) from 1997. First I saw it published on Cringyroll (Crunchyroll) and subscribed, then 404 error popped up on my screen. "Anyway, I'm already on trial. I turn off my virtual card and they can't do anything." I said, after some more research, I saw that it was published on Hulu, and when I tried to sign up, "We can't verify your email now!" I'm getting a stupid error, I've tried VPN, different browser, different email and everything and the result is zero. And now I've firmly decided why digital piracy is better.

123tvnow was pretty good but seems to be down for some time now. I only care about CNN and FoxNews for occasional brainless zoning-out.

Subject: Serious Question Here Regarding Piracy Being a "Victimless Crime"
So id like to preface this by saying that I haven't pirated anything In ages most likely because I rarely ever boot up my PC. I however have obtained a metric fuck ton of software in the past and I've even had to settle out of court with a.... ahem....large language learning software company... So what I'm getting at is that while I rarely pirate anything these days I have benefitted in some way in the past from pirating quite a bit so I'm definitely no saint. Now on to the question.
I've seen pirating software/games/movies labeled in the past as mostly victimless crime. The explanation a lot of the times include that the company or CEO or whatever can afford it. But what about publicly traded companies? Are there moral implications of "stealing" something that Adobe produces that real people have a monetary stake in? Are they not victims?
Has anyone ever looked at this through the lens of the Joe Blow Investor? Has anyone here ever pirated something from a company they invest in? Is pirating so negligible from a money impact standpoint that it doesn't matter? Aren't there moral implications? Who is being hurt in this scenario if anyone?
I guess a crude example would be imagine I have 5 single $ bills and you also give me 5 singles. Someone steals 5 from me...whos did he steal? Mine or yours?

We all know that some VPNs, (such as NordVPN recently) comply with law enforcement requests.
Does this happen to Debrid services as well? I haven't encountered an article or a post saying a Debrid service had complied with law enforcement and a user had been arrested or tracked because he / she downloaded an illegal file.
