I'm use IDM to download files. Yesterday clean installed windows and installed latest IDM version 6.40 build 8.

While downloading from chrome even small file sizes are not assembling properly even though the download is 100%. Tried "Refresh Download Address" option as well. Still the files are not getting assembled into one file properly.

Hello! Was wondering if anyone in this sub can help me out since I don't really know how I would go about doing this. Sometimes I've seen people upload on sites sports matches or for example the super bowl, and I've always wanted to record the sports that i watch and upload them to my PC. Would anyone know how to go about doing that? I use a firestick to watch sports on the fubo tv app, so I guess I would be looking for someway to be able to record the stream from the tv, and then once the recording is done, plug the device to the pc and transfer it to the pc in hd quality. Anyone have an idea if such a device exists? Would appreciate it a lot. Would really like to upload matches as well so people could dl some sport matches too.

I bought it years ago while it was so close to free as to make no odds and have been grandfathered in ever since, and I haven't had any problems with it. but I'm curious what the rest of the community thinks. obviously things have changed a lot over the years, so I'm wondering if it's still a trustworthy company, and if it has a relatively disproportionate impact on system performance.

Hi guys! Some of you might know about the stem player emulator and maybe even already used it. It's a great tool but "only" downloads the individual stems of course. Once you've downloaded them you basically have to mix them yourselves to get the full track. Some of you maybe don't want to do all that and probably used SoundCloud or YouTube downloaders, or maybe you a friend sent you a mega link. Some of these "alternatives" use lower quality audio, some of them break the sub rules for illegal distribution of copyrighted material.

So I made merge-stems, a tool to automatically merge these stem files to full tracks. This is the only way to verify for yourself that you have the best quality available. It might be a bit complicated for some of you out there, so I initially planned to do a video tutorial on it but my 20 minute long recording got corrupted and now I'm demotivated. I've added simple instructions to the GitHub repository though and feel free to also ask questions here if you have any.
