Subject: To which country should you set your VPN to when you live in Germany?
Subject: Does anybody use Flixrtor?
Well, it's a site like other free streaming sites but without any ad. But there is a catch. You can watch movies newer than the last 6 months and TV shows newer than 3 months. If you want to watch older shows, you have to subscribe for a fee that is quite less compared to other streamers.
Sometimes it's very struggling to download a movie in torrent and add it to plex to stream on smart tv. That's where this site comes in handy. Does anybody use this?

Subject: Why is FileCR not in megathread? Is it unsafe?
Hello, I've been looking for ways to download software. I can't torrent because I don't have a VPN (under 18, can't ask parents to get one). I looked at the DDL sites on the megathread, but they either don't have the software I'm looking for, or if they do it's an older version or have extremely slow download speeds.
I found FileCR, it seems to have pretty favorable reviews on the site. I'm not going to download the "assistant" it wants you to, just the free software. I got worried when I put a link through virustotal, though, since 5 Antiviruses (ADMINUSLabs, CRDF, CyRadar, Quttera, Webroot) detected it as malicious and alphaMountain lagged it as suspicious. Is it a false positive or is FileCR unsafe?https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/0739842d2e2fb967ce9c2a86c3411f93cbdf9e5bc3ad7645c27409bd196fbe73

Subject: Guidance Regarding mpv Player
I am an avid Anime watcher and used to watch on my Mobile previously but recently moved to PC. I had been using MPC-HC till now when I heard about people recommending mpv more and I want to ask somethings from people who have more experience with it. I did search this Subreddit before hand but couldn't find threads which answer my questions.
First talking about the installation, I just went to mpv.io and clicked on the first Windows Build by shinchiro. I want to know if this is the best way of installation or do people just download a compiled executable and use it from command line, because this build has a batch file which installs various registry keys, and I am unsure whether this could interfere with the rest of my system, and also when there comes the time to uninstall it for what ever reason it will not leave behind anything like residual files or keys? if someone has used this please share your experience.
I also want to know about any shaders or 4K Upscaling shaders specifically as I heard many people discuss it. Also if PC Specifications can make hinderance with these shaders please do tell, I am on a relatively older machine with core i3 3rd Gen, 8 Gigabites of RAM and no dedicated GPU. I don't know where to start so any insight is appreciated.
