I just realized that i hate paying for things every month like a bill account that i can't live without. After realizing that i already cancelled PS PLUS and just play offline games but there is another problem and this is NETFLIX

I thought about and just realized that i can't live without Netflix (or something like that) but i want to save my 12€ per month and after thinking a little i realized a beautiful idea and i need help to know what you guys think about.

My idea is buying a android box for 60€ and some FLASH DRIVES of 256gb for 30€, i have a list with all my shows and movies and basically i just rewatch them all the time so i don't need new shows or movies, and what i thought about was putting all them in the flash drive and just watch in the android tv

Advantages

• Can watch every thing i want for free

• More 12€ per month in my bank account

• Can watch if the world is ending and there is no more Internet

• Can Download some movies and tv shows at 4K (my plan just supports 1080p)

Disadvantages

• All the investment needed (around 120€)

• Not so simple as just turning on and keep watching from last episode, need to change the HDMI, need to remember the episode I'm in, need to open VLC,choose the folder,choose the file etc...

*Can't watch in my PS5 like i do know

As my title says. I'm trying to install JDownloader but Bitdefender keeps deleting it every time I try to install it, which in turn is messing up Firefox and resetting Firefox every time it happens. I know I can just shutdown Bit Defender when i install it but I'm pretty sure if I restart Bit Defender it will just remove it once again. The reason I'm trying JDownloader is because I have been having trouble with FDM not catching downloads from Firefox the last 3 weeks. Anyone know what i can do? I know alot of people on here use JDownloader.

Any alternatives for Freezer? 3rd world county broke average Joes are getting hit hard.

Hello. My isp shut off my internet for torrenting yesterday (got it back on and everything will be okay, but safe to say I'm kinda shaken up. I was using a VPN, I thought I was being as safe as I could be, but apparently I wasn't.). Since then, I've uninstalled qbitt, and stopped the internet input/output for the pirated files using windows firewall (all games, for reference, none of which require internet access to play.).

However, I'm still really worried about playing the games. Everything I've found on the Internet points to it being fine, but I'd like some confirmation because I really can't afford to lose this isp, or worse get sued or something crazy. So, will it be okay? Or is it best to just uninstall the files?

I've just seen that Alan Moore is doing a serious of lectures/classes on storytelling for BBC Maestro but it costs £80 and isn't available in most countries. There are dozens of educational resources out there from sites like Masterclass from some of the best creative minds out there but they're locked behind a paywall that people like myself can't afford. I tried looking on a couple of torrent sites but couldn't find this sort of thing amongst all the movies and games, so I was wondering if there are any sites dedicated to this type of media?
