Trying to sign up for Google one storage through turkey with a VPN. When I login to my account with the VPN it changes the prices back to Cad. For some reason my gf was able to get the Turkish price but not me. Any ideas?

I have some tutorials folder pack (videos). I rarely visit those. I am thinking of archiving those folder. Please suggest what should I do? (I use windows 10) Also thinking of doing anime packs too.
- save as iso (easy to open and play as read only)
- save as 7z (good for freezing but hard to open a file)
- keep them as folder (too many files and folders... can get delete or moved by mistake)
- Something else (....)?

Subject: Possible stupid question about pirating library ebooks…
How likely is it for one to get caught and actually sued for pirating ebooks? I may or may not have gone on a mad pirating spree and downloaded a lot of ebooks on Libby and got the resulting error message: “You appear to have borrowed too many titles within a short period. Please try again later. If you’re still not able to borrow titles after 7 days, get in touch with our support team.” So, is it just an automatic timer that I have to wait through or is my account flagged and someone will look into it?
Sorry if I’m being paranoid, I’d appreciate sincere answers though lol

On different newsarticles is mentioned that the government is going to start blocking rarbg, 1337x, yts, limetorrents, eztv and kickasstorrents.
Some sites mention that it has started, some that it will start, but I have yet to see effects.
When/what will happen? Any concrete dates?
