I recently bought a 4K TV and I have a question. Up until now, all I needed to do was wait for a 1080p Remux version of a movie, and if that would never come, I would get a 1080p AMZN release. Now that I have a 4K TV, there more options, so I don't know what to do.

I usually wait for the 4K remux to come out, but they don't release a 4K version for every movie, especially the ones I usually watch, but most of the time the 4K WEB-DL is available, and a little after that the 1080p Remux is out. Do I go for the 1080p and its higher bitrate and trust the upscaling of the TV/dongle to do its job, or do I go for the web-dl and its "native" resolution?

Example:

The Truman Show: 1080p Remux - MPEG-4 AVC Video 35825 kbps 1080p / 23.976 fps / 16:9 / High Profile 4.1

The Truman Show: 2160p 4K WEB-DL DV - 3840 x 2076 - 23.976 FPS - 24.5 Mb/s

I don't care about the sound quality because my setup can't really take advantage of DTS-HD or Atmos

Just curious if there is a good reason for this? It is on AMC Plus and normally this type of show would of been ripped and uploaded on day one.. do they have better anti-piracy measures than other sites?

Pretty sure with the AMC Plus subscription you can access it via Amazon etc.. what is the issue here?

Hey guys, So I'm searching for "print to pdf" program, that disguises itself as a real printer. That way you could open ecrypted files (pdfs that are encrypted with FileOpen for example), hit print and then safe it as a new pdf, without any encryption.

The usual "print to pdf" options (microsoft, pdf24, one note,....) are detected as such programs by FileOpen and can't be used for this

Like I've read the warnings and I do go over the DDL game site list before downloading from IGG, but in the best of times it takes me much longer than just downloading from igg and it's happened a few times now that I could only find a game on igg-games

anytime i want to download a game it is only on steam-unlocked, why? I have gone to the megatread tried every website and only steam-unlocked has it. there need to be somewhere to request game since discord and reddit will ban people sharing links.

I play on the Steam Deck, I have many cracked games here but this is the first time that a crack game sends me to Steam to purchase.

I'm sure the crack has been copied. Unfortunately unlike Windows I can't run this game without having to add it as a Non-Steam game. Wine isn't exactly an option as I can't launch a game through Wine via the Steam Deck UI.

Any idea how to fix this?
