Subject: With Spectrum would I need to use a VPN when downloading from mega.nz/mega.io?
Thinking of switching ISPs cuz mine is slow as can be and was just curious if Spectrum has been known to detect copyrighted content being downloaded from Mega? I know Mega uses end-to-end encryption, but is that enough security to not need to use a VPN when downloading files?

Subject: I installed Cyberpunk 2077 by fitgirl repacks, I broke it and now I can't manage to reinstall it
Some days ago I discovered the "let there be flight mod" for cyberpunk and I tried to install it manually, but without any success. I somehow made some mess with game files and I tried to fix that mess by making some order and by putting back the original files but the game didn't want to start. So I got tired of that. I put my manual game saves files from the game in a folder and then I reinstalled the game with the fitgirl repack installer (which I also used the first time I installed the game, before trying to install the mod) and it didn't work, it showed me several pop up errors. So then I deleted the game installer and started the torrent again from the start, and then I started again the game setup installer, but still pop up errors are coming out. I don't know what to do. My personal game saves are stored in a folder, I only have to reinstall the damn game.

Subject: Very stupid question: Could it work if I buy Steam games on my computer and then log on to another computer (computer 2) with the same Steam account to download the games and then disconnect from the Internet and then return the games to Steam on computer 1?

Subject: using a virtual machine to see if a program is s afe or not
I wanted to see if the cracked programs and keygens are really sa fe by testing them in virtual box, with these settings below can I run them without fear?
disabling internet
also disabled shared folders
and disabling copy and paste and also dragging
always keep virtual box up to date
I heard that there are viruses that can bypass the virtual machine, but they are very rare and to avoid them just leave the virtual machine always updated since the updates solve these bugs

Subject: Any places to look for Ham Radio-related software?
Hobbyist stuff seems to be kinda a niche category, and Ham Radio seems to be right in there.
I've searched on-and-off for copies of some software from Icom and others, and it just seems to be a void - like, no one has copies of the stuff. To make it worse (and probably to explain the void), a lot of this stuff is a) grossly overpriced for what you get b) only available as a physical CD that you have to buy and get mailed to you. Like.. who tf sells software today only as a physical CD? None of my PCs even have CD drives anymore.
