Came across these two tunes that I remembered form the 90s while watching some Amiga vids on Youtube and would like to know what they are called so I can listen to them properly. Any ideas?

![]() | I found this beautiful piece on an art disk a few years ago and have held onto the photo I took of my screen back then. In the art world, it's probably akin to a cheap painting found over some flea-bitten bed in a motel room off Route 66. But I'm always captivated by it. It looks so... real. What I mean is when I look at it, I am completely transported to this place. It looks like it could be just an hour's drive east, or west, of where I live. It reminds me of some snow filled meadows that I've walked through in recent years with icy creeks bubbling by. It's almost as if the does have sensed my being here, and I'm holding my breath wondering if they'll suddenly leave or not. Maybe the sound of the water will put them at ease. I don't even know who created this image. Whoever did it really understood the basics of landscape art and how art can be impactful and transformative. From an old-school Zen painterly attitude, making the focal point small and overwhelmed by nature is just so spot on. If the does were in fact people minimized by their natural surroundings it would be more inline with those thinkings but you know where I'm coming from. Everything leads me back to the 3 does. Note all of the literal diagonals. For such a peaceful image it makes my eyes and mind move. And to see it in (iirc) 16 colors I find the whole thing very inspiring. I need to remind myself where that disk is again... You know nothing, Jon Snow. ;) [link] [comments] |

Asking for a friend:
Looking to find a custom Amiga that includes modern conveniences like a Gotek, CF card, RAM, accelerator, ROM switcher, HDMI converter, etc. I know there's a few places like AMI64 and Retropassion in the UK...but really prefer to find something US-based. Does anyone know of any companies that do this? Leaning towards a 500/600/1200 but not really married to any specific model.
Thanks for any help.

Subject: Is this somewhere I can seek help finding old music?
I will do a vocaroo or something in the comments, but I'm looking for music of which I'm about 85% sure has Amiga origins, as it used to be in a folder on my dad's computer full of Amiga music. It was a chiptune with the name "ARISANX", which is unfortunately now a tag on some social media for a Latin pornstar, which really muddies the water when searching Amiga ARISANX, even with quotes. It may have come from a game called "YAG", if my poor nostalgic memory serves correctly.
