Hello everyone, I have an A1200 and a number of other classic retro devices like PS1, Atari 800 XL, VCRs, etc... I am considering buying an OSSC 1.6 to connect multiple devices to a 4K TV, but I have a couple of questions. Yes, I know the OSSC Pro is in the works, but no real ETA. 1. My A1200 connects to a 1942 via the original C= 23 pin to VGA adapter. The OSSC has a VGA port, but most videos and forums talk about using a SCART cable instead. Has anyone tried both? I'm curious which path results in the best quality output for both Workbench and games.

  1. Can anyone recommend a composite A/V to SCART adapter which I could use to connect old devices like my old Atari 800XL (with composite output), VCRs, and other equipment. I was hoping to connect the Amiga via VGA and the older gear via the SCART port. If the adapter also has S-Video, then I can connect even more devices.

hello

I am trying Winuae, but I can't change the default keyboard assigned joystick keys... I go into "Game ports" in the options, I select the port 2 "remap/test" but in the next menu I can only test, remap is greyed out and not selectable. Why is that? How can I make it work?

So, I've been writing a tool to help manage and download Retroplay's WHDLoad archives. It is very much the same as Turran's version except it is a lot more flexible and can do some really useful stuff.
