Subject: Thinking about buying an Apollo v4+ Standalone. What's the current state of WHDload compatibility as of March 2023? Is there a list of working / non-working games?
I'm interested in purchasing an Apollo v4+ Standalone. I read that there was a maintained list of compatible / incompatible games somewhere (maybe a Google doc?) but I'm unable to find it.
I'm most interested in how it fairs with the following games. Most of these are popular / "AAA" Amiga games so I'd be surprised if Apollo didn't at least get most of these working already. If anybody has any anecdotal reports that would be cool tooβ¦

Subject: Help! My Amiga keeps telling me to seek failure!
But I don't want to!
I bought an internal diskette drive, TEAC FD-235F and am trying to format diskettes with the workbench format and xcopy.
But every, and I mean really every, disk I format ends up with "seek failure". (HD disks but according to what I read they should be usable formatted for 880kb right?)
Now granted all the disks are really old but not even one works? Could that be a problem of the disk drive?
It does load a few games from disk, so it couldn't be faulty, could it?
Am I just really unlucky?

Subject: Anyone near Virginia want to buy a load of Amiga stuff?
I will be prepping to move this summer and looking to off load a lot of Amiga stuff I can no longer store after. To name some of it - 3000, 2000, 1200, 500, 600, 6 monitors, just all kinds of stuff from accelerators to floppys. There is even an 060 board with the 2000. I do not have the time to part all this stuff out and would like to just find a good home if anyone is looking to take on a collection,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm having trouble finding a definitive answer: Does a ReAmiga board need the A1200 metal shield installing too? Bottom and top plates?

I'm ordering the parts for a psistorm and rgb2hdmi upgrades. I have an Amiga 1000 and a 500 plus.
Which machine should be the fist to get the upgrades?
